How to automatically receive faxes in the ASUS A46CM series:

　a. Click Fax at the bottom.

b. Click Tools and then select Fax Settings. If prompted for an administrator password or permissions, please enter the password or grant permissions.

c. Click the General tab, and then under Send/Receive options, select Allow the device to receive fax calls.

d. Then select Auto answer after X rings and then select the corresponding number of rings so that the modem will automatically try to receive the fax when the call comes in.
