The Toshiba notebook light turns on after pressing the CapsLock key and is in the capitalization state. However, if the CapsLock key is pressed again, the capitalization cannot be turned off. You need to press the Shift key to turn it off. This phenomenon is not a hardware failure of the keyboard and can be set in the system.

Operation steps:

First step, click "Start" => "Control Panel" => click "Region and Language" (view as "Large Icon").

In the second step, click on the "Label and Language" tab, and then click on "Change Keyboard".
